Dhyana Yoga

With the practice of ‘Dharana’, you train the mind to focus on a point and then comes ‘Dhyana’, the seventh stage or limb of Patanjali’s Ashtanga Yoga in which you meditate on this point of focus. ‘Dhyana’ is derived from a Sanskrit word ‘Dhyai’ which means ‘to think of’.
